I had a fight with my mother today. And I'm still seething about it. I just couldn't deal with her apparent suspicion about everything and everyone, y'know? So I kinda..exploded? I *was* rude to her, I admit.

Eh. This one's for sublimeparadigm, because she converted me. I tried a new way of coloring, but is it trashy to you?





So? How is it? *apprehensive* I'm not sure if I can participate in you_got_gay's challenge this time, cos I'm getting more and more busy.!_!

The coloring is beautiful but I think your older CG style suits your lineart more. :)

Thanks! I think you're right. Coloring like that without a tablet's very hard, so that pic's very weird to me! T_T And please excuse the bad cut, cos you don't want to know how bad the lower part of the pic was.

Oh no no, I think it's good! I love the pic and I'm not even a BeKami fan. ♥ I'm sure the lower part is not as bad as what you're saying. We are our own worst critics after all. ;)

At least you know how to color without a tablet. I have no coloring skills at all, thank god for the undo button or I could've killed all my lineart. XD;;;

A tablet's kinda expensive in my country, so I think I'd get shot if I ask my my parents to buy it for me..;_; How much did yours cost?

Hey, I'm just telling the truth.:D And... you flatter me too much! I'm still a n00b arteest just like you, dude.XD

Mine would be, uh, 75$ if you'd covert it.XD;;; Saved for it for a freaking year, since I am supporting myself through grad school. Y^Y It's hard but I think you should still try to save for it since it'd be really worth it.♥ If I had a choice, I'd just stay in the house and draw the whole day, but alas, I have so much responsibilities nowadays. ^^;;

Woh... It looks like you used colorburn on the hair or something. o.O I like the mixed hues on the body but, eh, the hair scares me. I'd say you overdid it a little bit, but I've already been shot 876893 times already today

I quite like the way you've used the green to substitute actual line art... I think it works quite well with what you have... maybe more so than having actual line art. :3 I guess it depends on what kind of feel you're going for. The only thing that bothers me are those bits of yellow strands of hair... some of the strands don't follow the shape of the overall hair, and looks kind of odd... the yellow itself isn't a oroblem, I think the way you have varying tones and shades makes the hair really interesting. >:3
